To our retailers and valued clients whom we have been proud to serve for over 50 years we are pleased to make available to you our website service to compliment our vast array of modular, manufactured and mobile home financing programs. There are also helpful financial tools: payment and APR calculator, max purchase calculator to determine exactly how much your customer can afford or desires to purchase, a refinance calculation program, and a land/home worksheet that handles all of the computations for you. After submission you can print the completed application. It will be reformatted to an agency compliant credit application ready for signature. Additionally we have direct fax and email to each department to expedite processing of applications, document requests, closing and other specific communications. All of these services will dramatically reduced turn around time and help you qualify more manufactured home finance customers. Our rate sheets and program guides are also available.
You will find that PPI has all of the programs available from other lenders and service companies, and then some - all under one roof and with more experience.
